This is a SAL aimed at turning those UFOs into WIPs and eventually the finished item.
Well done. It looks like you are on the home stretch. Do you have any plans for what you are going to do next? Following up from your comment on my blog Mary Wigham is approx 20" x 20" but a quick stitch as there are not so many colour changes. Chatelains vary in size, have lots of colour changes, beads and speciality stitches. I am enjoying doing both.
I do love the Mary Wigham.I'll be like a kid in a sweetshop when I've finished the poppies though because I've seen some wonderful designs on here.GG
This is such a lovely piece, I am sorry to hear you are not enjoying it. You are doing a beautiful job.
It really looks lovely. We are off to France next week where we should see many poppies in the fields. Poppies are our flowers of remembrance in the UK. I am really looking forward to seeing it finished.
We have some poppies out in the garden at the moment and they look lovely. Your design is really pretty and will be well worth all the effort. Congrats on your super progress. Looking forward to your next post. Happy stitching.
It is awesome! I love seeing your progress.
Looks good! Hope to see a finish soon.
It's gorgeous! I'm cheering you on to the finish!!
Thanks everyone.I do enjoy doing it really, but I'm itching to start something new,GG

This is such a gorgeous piece and your stitching is so nice. I'm sorry you're finding this so cumbersome but your progress is so enjoyable to watch. I know you're looking forward to finishing this. I'm looking forward to your finish too!
