Well I'm the disney girl... if you can't remember the long winded story of my UFO you can read it here.

I must tell you I have been completely unsuccessful on motivating myself to work on this piece. I just can't seem to do it with all the bad resentment I have towards it. However I know I can't stand to get rid of it either. So forgive me... as it will continue to gain dust for a bit in my stash.
However... I believe there was someone who was potentially interested in finishing this piece and had a use for it. If there still is please let me know and I will try to figure out if I want to keep the piece and let it collect dust or pass it onto someone who may actually finish it.
I am sorry to have the first unsuccessful story of this blog. I hope that everyone else can get through their WIP. They are all so lovely and I do love seeing them!

Hi Mel, Don't worry. Just look in your stash and find a different UFO. If you're like me you will probably have one that you have forgotten about. Looking forward to seeing you new UFO
That's okay, Mel--don't fret it. I hope you have another UFO in your stash to stitch on. Then we can all cheer you on with that one.
This is not unsuccessful. This is a conscious choice. You'll just pick another UFO (I assume there is one somewhere?) and then finish that one. No biggie. While a lot of work went into this piece - it's not worth it & everytime you look at it, you'll be reminded. Who needs that?
Sorry to hear that the Disney was a non starter but I can understand why. Do you have another UFO you could work on or maybe an 'epic' project you need some encouragement with? (Judgement maybe?) I look forward to seeing what you choose.

I'm with everyone else..don't throw it out. Start on another ufo if you have one. If not start a new piece. I'm not sure who wanted the piece - I didn't ask for it before. But if no one else asks for it I would be happy to finish it. It really is beautiful just too many bad memories for you.
