Poppies...Finished

Just when I thought I was going to start something new, I found something else unfinished at the bottom of my sewing drawer.

I'll have a couple of days off and then begin work on the unfinished one.

This is awesome! I love poppies and they look so real. I used to live in El Paso, Tx. Every spring the yellow and orange poppies would bloom on the mountains and it was gorgeous. This piece reminds me of that.
Where can someone get this pattern? I would like to stitch it but have never seen it online. Is it out of print?
Again ~ WOW! Breath taking!
God Bless ~

This is absolutely beautiful We have just returned from Northern France where the poppies are in full bloom on the battlefields. Looking forward to seeing your next UFO. Well done.

lenna, it's by Thea Gouverneur and can still be bought online.

I enjoyed doing it but it takes a long time in that there are colour changes every few stitches.

Glad it's finished though, off to the framers tomorrow,

Congratulations on your finish! The third for this blog. At last we can see the whole design, it's stunning. I will put your picture in our finish gallery. If you want me to put the framed version up let me have a photo or post onhere and I will change it. Well done once again.
