French Stitch Tuesday

Here's an update on my French sampler--Quaker a Six Mains. I only had an hour to stitch last night, so not much progress. But it's progress all the same and it fulfilled my promise to myself (of stitching at least one hour every Tuesday on this sampler) so I'm happy! This piece will be traveling with me this weekend so I hope to have more progress to show next week.

I agree with Mel. I look forward to seeing your next picture. Here's hoping you get some quality stitching time this weekend.

This sure is pretty, Ann. Bravo on the progress... I can hardly wait to see more colors come in...the rose is so lovely. You chose a nice fabric to work on. The fibers are beautiful against it.

One stitch done is one stitch less to do. That is what I will be telling myself when I start my next UFO. Looking forward to seeing more of the design. It is great watching things appear where previously there was a blank. Keep it up.

an hour at a time just gets you closer to a finish.

It's looking good - an an hour is better than so many of my projects get... could be why I have such a nice UFO pile :)

Every little section done is more to see. I think this will be very pretty when it is completed. Hope you'll be able to get a couple of extra minutes on your travels.
