Newbie with a Christmas Sampler.

This is my UFO. A recent UFO really... as I only started it August 2009, but it's my first real big project and I am finding it hard going, just because of it's size, even though it should be quite easy because of all the little pictures in it. Plus I have far too many other hobbies... papercraft cardmaking, scrapbooking, crochet... but this one has been on my "To Do" list ever since I bought the book a few years ago.

The design is from a book by Donna Kooler, 555 Christmas Cross Stitch Designs.

So... I'm intending to get one of the little pictures completed each month, or at least half of one.
This is how far I've got at the moment.

Thanks for accepting me on the blog x

Roz.

Very pretty and it looks like you have made a good start. I agree that you should treat each block as a different design and maybe it will go quicker and you won't get burned out!

What a great design. { I enjoy Christmas designs.)
You've made a good start and should be proud of yourself. I'm sure if you do a block at a time it'll soon be finished. You'll get stacks of support from us all. It's a great blog to get things finished with.

Happy stitching to you.

Thank you everyone for your great welcomes!!
I haven't stitched anymore on this sampler yet as I'm finishing off a Popcorn picture for my friend... so once that's done, a few more stitches will be done on the sampler.

There are some really hard intricate stitchings going on around here, amazing!

Love Roz
